About
Trained and educated as an interior designer, I have worked for more than twelve years as designer and project leader before focusing on process design and information technologies. I gained extensive field experience by coordinating major architectural, interior design and interdisciplinary projects in many markets.
Academically, I undertook postgraduate studies in Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management under the Applied Management in Architecture banner. I am currently pursuing a PhD in Building Information Modelling, Interoperability and Process Integration (University of Newcastle, NSW - Australia). In 2008, I joined RMIT (Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology) as a researcher working on the national guidelines project.
Continuously aligning research investigation with my consultancy work, I focus on facility, change and knowledge management as areas of continuous interest and involvement.
Over many years, I have been involved in the selection, creation and implementation of IT-driven processes and management systems. In 2004, I established ChangeAgents AEC, a consultancy practice specialising in BIM strategies, process change and knowledge management for Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) sectors.
